How To Learn How To Code While Working Full Time

So how to learn how to code while working a full-time job, while working a 9 to 5? I’ve worked with a lot of people who have done this—who are working, and then they go home, and then they’re learning how to code in their spare time so that they could make a career shift.

And I know a lot of them have struggles with time. I was talking to a friend the other day, and he was learning how to code on the side. I asked him, “What is your biggest frustration when it comes to learning how to code?” He told me that learning how to code wasn’t really difficult for him; the most difficult part was finding time to actually get into the practice of coding and also learning different coding concepts. It was all about finding time.

It’s hard to learn how to code on the side because you’ve just worked a 9 to 5. You’ve worked 8 hours, and you just want to come home and rest and relax, chill, and spend time with your family. I understand that because I remember I was getting my master’s part-time, and then I was going to work. And then I would come home, and I’m just tired from the day, right? I’ve been working, and then I have to study. I have to read the books and then do my homework.

So in this video, I just want to encourage you to keep learning how to code while working your full-time job. I’m going to be sharing some tips that I think would be really helpful for you, give you some good perspective, and also share some experiences that I’ve had working with clients and also in my own coding experience.

Thank you for watching, and happy coding! 💻🧡
