Landing a software job is the dream for many. A software job can give them the right work life balance they are searching for. It can allow them to work remotely. And most of all it’s fun (and challenging)!

So how do you prepare for a software job? What things should you keep in mind during the interview? What causes employers to reject interviewees? And what impresses employers that leads them to hire you?
